Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ionvale Tech and purchases made through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.

Store operator

Ionvale Tech is the customer-facing online store and trading brand operated by IONVALE DIGITAL GOODS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. IONVALE DIGITAL GOODS LLC is the seller of record for purchases made through this store.

Using the store

You may use the store only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, contacting us, or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

Prohibited conduct

· Using the store for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

· Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the store, customer accounts, systems, or data.

· Uploading malicious code, scraping the store in a way that disrupts service, or interfering with security features.

· Using store content, trademarks, product photographs, or descriptions without authorization.

· Submitting false reviews, false claims, or misleading identity, payment, shipping, or return information.

Products and store information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and packaging updates may cause minor differences that do not materially change the product. Material differences are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

Products and quantities may be limited. We may update or discontinue products, correct errors, and change prices before an order is accepted. A price or description error does not require us to fulfill an order at the incorrect terms; if payment was taken, we will offer the corrected terms or cancel and refund the order.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions, or suspected resale abuse. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment information is processed through secure payment providers; we do not require customers to send card details by email or telephone.

Shipping returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other original content are owned by or licensed to IONVALE DIGITAL GOODS LLC, except for third-party materials identified as such. You may view and print store content for personal shopping use but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit it without written permission.

Third party services and links

The store may use third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, customer support, advertising, shipping, or other functions. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that we control or endorse every statement on the linked site.

User submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display the submission for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or misleading submissions.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties are limited to warranties expressly stated on the product page and warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Our aggregate liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater remedy is required by law. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify IONVALE DIGITAL GOODS LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the store if we reasonably believe a user is committing fraud, attacking store systems, violating these terms, or creating a safety or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your state. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact customer support so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We have not appointed a separate consumer mediator. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, store operations, products, or services. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
